Vendor Application

This form must be completed for any Vendor/Exhibitor that intends to showcase at the Black Family Day Silicon Valley. All applications are subject to approval by the Black Family Day team.

We appreciate your interest in providing your services for our event. The Black Family Day is presented by Silicon Valley Black Leadership Kitchen Cabinet (BLKC) and produced by Silicon Valley African Film Festival. It is a free outdoor event at the Parque de los Pobladores (1st and market streets) Downtown San Jose from 11AM to 4PM and features family and children’s interactive games and activities, live performances, food, vendors, community resource tables, raffle prizes, etc.
